How your request details are used

This form collects your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, service of interest and message so Vitalawns and BT Carawan Inc. can respond and coordinate requested service.

FormSubmit processes your submission and emails it to hello@btcarawan.com. It also sends a confirmation email, including a copy of your submission, to the email address you provide. Its verification step uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam.

Please include only the information needed for your service request. Do not include payment details, passwords or other sensitive information.
